Herb founded Hopwood Financial Services and has grown the business at a steady and successful rate. He is a past president of the Arlington Rotary Club and has been involved with the Arlington Free Clinic. Having served as Captain and lettering all four years on the Notre Dame tennis team, Herb continues to play on a regular basis. He is also active at St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church in various capacities. Herb lives in Vienna with his wife and two daughters.
