Alex Bjornsen joined Hopwood Financial in November 2025. Prior to joining the Hopwood team, Alex spent four years in various client service and financial planning support roles in the investment advisory industry. He has experience onboarding clients, preparing custodial paperwork, assisting clients in developing budgets, and assisting in the retirement planning process.
Originally from Ashburn, Virginia, Alex earned his BBA in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Insurance from Radford University.
Alex currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and dog. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, cooking, Washington sports, and spending time with friends and family.
